At Liah Crafts, we strive to provide high-quality crochet patterns and ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products
All products sold on our website are digital downloads (PDF patterns and/or video tutorials). No physical items will be shipped.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

Exceptions
We may offer a refund in the following cases:
- You purchased the same item more than once by mistake
- The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
- You did not receive the download after purchase
If you experience any of these issues, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Lack of crochet experience or skill level mismatch
- Failure to read product description before purchase
- Digital files that have already been downloaded successfully
