Assembly
1. Embroidered Eyes
Position: Locate the position for the eyes between R9 and R10 of the head.
Spacing: The eyes should be 4 stitches apart.
Technique: Use black or dark brown embroidery thread to stitch a small horizontal line or a slight curve to create the expression.
2. Embroidered Nose
Position: Center the nose between the eyes, usually one row lower (around R10 or between R10–R11).
Technique: Embroider a small triangle or a short horizontal line, then add a small vertical stitch downward to shape the mouth.
3. Ears
Shaping: Flatten the ear, pinch the base to create a curved shape, and sew across the edges to secure the fold.
Placement: Sew the ears to the head starting from R2
4. Arms
Stuff the arms lightly with fiberfill and attach them directly to R17 of the body.
5. Joining Head and Body
Align the 18 stitches of the head with the 18 stitches of the body and sew them together stitch-by-stitch.
Add extra stuffing to the neck area before finishing the last few stitches to ensure the head stays upright and stable.
Embroidery Tip: It is helpful to use sewing pins to mark the positions of the eyes and nose before you start embroidering to ensure the face is perfectly symmetrical.
Tie the scarf around the neck
