Ears
R1: With white yarn,
MR: sc, HDC, dc, HDC, sc, sl st (do not fasten off)
R2: With pink yarn: 5inc

Cherry Blossoms
MR: ( ch2, dc, ch2), sl st into the ring
Repeat 5 times
Fasten off, leave a long yarn tail for sewing.
Flower Center: Use a darker yarn to embroider the center of the flower. Insert the needle from the back, pass it through any petal, then bring it back through the center. Repeat this to finish the embroidery.
Notes:
Make the large flowers: Use 3-ply yarn, crochet 2 pieces, with a 2.0 mm hook
Make the smaller flowers: Use 2-ply yarn, crochet 5 pieces, with a 1.5 mm hook

Bow
MR: (ch3, dc, ch3), sl st into the ring
Repeat 2 times
Fasten off, cut the yarn.

Name Tag
R1: Chain 14. Starting from the second chain from the hook, work 13 sc. Ch 1, turn.
R2 - R5: Work 13 sc into the Back Loops Only (BLO). Ch 1 and turn at the end of each row.
Finishing the base: After Row 5, slip stitch and fasten off.
Edging:
Change to a different yarn color for the border.
Join the yarn and work sc around the entire edge of the piece.
At every corner, work 3 sc in the same stitch to create a rounded square corner.
Finally, slst into the first stitch of the round to join.
Fasten off and leave a long yarn tail for sewing (if you want to attach it to the bead/string) or trim the excess yarn.

Assemble
Eyes: Embroider the eyes with black yarn on Round 8. Leave a distance of 4 stitches between the two eyes. Ensure they are symmetrical along the center line.
Mouth/Nose: Embroider the mouth and nose using 2 strands of pink yarn.
Assembling the Pieces:
Find the center point of the head, then compare and position the ears.
Sew to fix the ears in place.
Embroider the cheeks (curved shape) onto the face.
Positioning the Flowers
Small Flowers (7 total):
Place 3 small flowers on both sides of the kitten's head.
Use the remaining small flowers for the name tag decoration.
Large Flower (1 total):
Place the larger flower on the brim of the hat or the top area of the head.
Sewing Techniques
Step 1: Use an embroidery needle (yarn needle) with the long tail left earlier.
Step 2: Position the flower on the head/body. Find the center point to ensure symmetry.
Step 3: Insert the needle through the body of the kitten, then back up through the center of the flower.
Step 4: Pull the yarn tight to ensure it is secure.
Step 5: Tie a knot with the yarn tail at the back or inside the piece to hide it. Trim off any excess yarn.
Glue the decorative bow onto the name tag
